Wax Addicts Shipping Information - New Tracked Postage Updates

Orders are hand made fresh and made in turn, During busy times (such as promotions) please allow at least

3 - 5 working days for your order to be hand made and then posted.

 

You will ONLY receive a dispatch confirmation once your parcel has been physically passed over to Royal Mail and is on it's way to you.

 

I post orders most days (Mon - Sat) All items are treated with care, packed well and triple checked before sending.

Postage rates are great value as I charge you less than the actual rate I pay Royal Mail to send Small Parcels, and I don't charge you for any packaging costs: (Items are NEVER sent in padded envelopes, Always in boxes.)

You will receive email and text updates directly from Royal Mail regarding your delivery.

UK 1st Class (Tracked 24) £3.99 per order (1 Day Via Royal Mail after order is dispatched) FREE over £40

These are Royal Mail delivery guides and NOT a guaranteed delivery time frame especially during strikes.

If your order value total (after promo discounts) is over £30 or £40 I will pay for your delivery costs and offer you FREE UK P&P

Minimum Order of £5

Our products are always securely packed in boxes, We charge you much less than the actual cost of Royal Mail tracked postage and don't charge you for packaging materials, to keep our prices low we have a minimum order of £5.

Small orders do mean we make a significant loss and could mean having to increase our incredibly low prices which we want to avoid.

Orders are not possible for less than £5 of the shopping cart total (excluding P&P), You will automatically be told that the total value is too low.

You can pay using various pay later options, these options have minimum spending limits applied by each company.

 

Pay Later Minimum Spend: Clearpay = £30  (Paypal (Pay in 3/Pay Later) = £30. 

Should your order be for less than the minimum spending limits it will be cancelled and refunded, Refunds are then controlled by the pay later company according to there refund policies and could be deducted from future payments plans, We have no control over their rules.

Refund for out of stock items/ Damaged in Transit

If on the rare occasion a product is not available, we send you a free similar product and refund you, Refunds are processed at the end of each week, Paypal will refund instantly, Stripe can take 5 working days to issue refunds, Clearpay/Klarna deduct refunds from your account balance and can take 7 days.

If an order arrives damaged you MUST take photo's, We will then feed back to our delivery partner, We cannot refund for any damaged items without photographic proof, Please email with your order number to: customerservice@waxaddicts.co.uk

Address Issues

It is your responsibility to provide correct up to date address details when you place an order, If the address stated is not complete or not recognised by Royal Mail we will email you and give you 7 days to reply, If no reply is received your order will then be cancelled and refunded.   Paypal will refund instantly, Stripe can take 7 working days to issue refunds.

Make it easy to track your orders, view past purchases, all available in your account area.

Loyalty is now available on all orders, collecting points you can then trade them in for special discounts with money off future orders.

Promo codes

We regularly offer promo/discount codes, If you ever have an issue with a code not working just contact us, If there is a problem we will fix the issue asap.

If you have placed an order and the promo code did not work, Let us know and we will manually refund you the offer.

If you are issued a personal Promo Code this is for your own use and NOT to be shared with other's, If you share a personal code your future orders may be cancelled.

Sales Terms

All our wax crumble pots are made fresh to order which is why during busy times it can take some days for me to make, package them up and dispatch them to you.

As products are made specifically for you, product returns are not accepted, We would be unable to resell any items and would have to destroy them as there would be no way to tell if they had been tampered with.

As a sole trader kept very busy with all aspects of running this business please be respectful when communicating, I will answer chat requests anytime of day or evening (If I'm awake) and check emails multipul times a day, I'm always very happy to offer advice if you have any questions.

Delivery Delays 

I post your orders just like you would do, I carry them to my local post delivery depot, Rain, Sun or Snow, I do not have them collected and I don't have a magic service able to delivery when Royal Mail are closed.

Delivery delays are beyond my control - You can contact the delivery company concerned directly and request an update on tracked orders.

Please ONLY contact us if your order has not arrived after 10 working days have passed since your sending notification has been received and I will pass the details to Royal Mail to investigate further for you - this may involve a lost parcel claim.

Royal Mail set strict time frames for missing item investigations which we have to follow, If you chose an un-tracked postage option it is understandably impossible to change that after the order has been posted.

Please do not email asking if we can investigate after only a couple of days have passed, There is nothing I can do, I'm like you have no choice but to be patient and wait.

If you wish to contact Royal Mail directly we can send you a copy of the postage label with all the necessary details including the internal tracking QR code on it, Royal Mail will ONLY discuss a delivery with the recipient and will NOT discuss it with the sender.

 

If you need a copy of the postage label, Just email with your order information.

Should a missing delivery arrive after you have been refunded, You MUST let me know, I can then update Royal Mail investigations.

 

Failure to notify or arrival, keeping an order after being refunded is fraud and will have you barred from making future orders, You could also be added to the UK restricted buyers register.

CLP (allergen info)

UPDATE 1st September 2021:

EU CLP regulations no longer apply to goods made and sold in the UK.

GB CLP regulations now apply to goods made and sold within the UK.

All products are NOT to be eaten, Should anyone ingest a product and seek medical attention, We are contactable to give a full breakdown of ingredients to any medical professional.

If the Royal Mail tracking online service is down - tracking does still work via the Royal Mail App


Please check your email providers spam/junk folders for email replies.

Unfortunately any delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes are beyond my control, Like us all we can do is be patient and wait, All delivery updates can be found via your Royal Mail tracking information - They will email and text you.

Do not ask if we can do anything, We are like you and have no possible control over a delivery company, getting

mad and abusive with us will not help any situation and will only have you banned.

Royal Mail delivery timeframes are as a guide only and not a guarentee.
